Accessibility Statement
Effective date: June 12, 2026
Yomex is designed to help people understand and manage their money with less friction. We are working to make the app and website usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on accessibility settings or assistive technologies.
1. Our Commitment
We aim to provide clear text, readable layouts, predictable navigation, and accessible contrast in common flows. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we review it as we add features such as receipt scanning, voice input, subscriptions, and Ellio AI planning.
2. Supported Features
Based on our current app design and review, Yomex supports the following accessibility features on iPhone:
- Dark Interface: Yomex includes a dark color scheme across common screens, menus, and controls.
- Sufficient Contrast: common text, icons, and controls are designed with readable contrast against their backgrounds.
3. Ongoing Improvements
We are continuing to test and improve support for screen readers, larger text, reduced motion, voice control, and non-color-only indicators. We do not currently claim support for accessibility features that have not been fully tested across the app's common tasks.
Yomex does not rely on long-form video or audio content for its core app experience, so captions and audio descriptions are not currently part of the main product flow.
4. Feedback and Support
If you find an accessibility issue or need help using Yomex, contact us at hello@useyomex.com. Please include the screen or feature involved, your device, app version, and the accessibility setting or assistive technology you were using. We aim to review accessibility feedback within five business days.
5. Updates
We will update this statement as Yomex improves and as additional accessibility support is tested and released.
